When an order is placed via the order form, the customer receives an e-mail confirming the 1545.ch account information. The goods will then be reserved for the order and dispatched once the funds have been deposited in the 1545.ch bank account.
All orders are processed within one working day and dispatched by Swiss Post. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed on the next working day. 1545.ch accepts no responsibility for carrier delays, or delays caused by public holidays or natural disasters.
Orders to all other countries may include import taxes, duties and fees that are specific to each country and are not covered by 1545.ch. These costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

1545 produces its watches on demand. Consequently, each watch is unique and created for the customer who has placed the order. Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period or other right of return for e-commerce once an order has been placed. All orders placed on the 1545.ch website are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.
All 1545 watches come with a 2-year warranty covering repair of any defects in materials or workmanship.
